TechCrunch Europe article on SocialSafe

TechCrunch Europe today wrote an article on SocialSafe’s inclusion of Twitter in its backup and digital diary solution.  This update has been a while coming as our iBundle team ensured that the large amount of Twitter data is correctly downloaded via the Twitter API – not straightforward as the API doesn’t always respond as advertised and a lot of error conditions have to be catered for.

SocialSafe is of course 100% private as your data (Facebook and Twitter) is backed up to your own PC/Mac – we don’t get to see your data.  Furthermore, you have a full viewer for all your data, including an excellent digital diary view which allows you to see anything you did at any date in the past.  Data can be exported and the export functions are being improved with each version, and further social networks will be incorporated over the coming months too.  Keep an eye on what’s happening at
